About

Hi. I'm Jess, a Senior Design Manager with experience leading global brand teams at companies like Navan, formerly TripActions. Prior to this I worked with Collective Health to build a better US healthcare system, uncovered customer insights at Personal Capital, and helped launch pre-series A startups in Hong Kong.

From fintech and private aviation to healthcare, I've been fortunate to work across diverse industries managing creative teams, crafting OOH campaigns, and helping launch partner initiatives. I collaborate closely with executives and technical leaders to translate complex concepts
into compelling visual narratives for major industry conferences and enterprise partnerships.

I love helping brands tell their story—creating comprehensive design systems that span from in-person experiences like stage design and trade show presence, to motion graphics and digital experiences that delight audiences and drive engagement.

Outside of work you can find me planning where to travel next, firing up the NYT cooking app, and then proceeding directly to the nearest hot bar, or comparing Oura sleep scores with my husband.

Email me to get in touch. Thanks for stopping by.

Selected Work
Navan - Partnerships
Role: Senior Design Manager
For Navan's strategic partnerships with major brands including Citi Bank, Citizens, Uber, and Brex, I led end-to-end creative direction across marketing initiatives including design systems, landing pages, animation, social media, and high-visibility campaigns featured on iconic Times Square billboards.
Navan - Events & Executive Keynotes
Role: Senior Design Manager
At Navan, I led creative for global events, working directly with executives including the CTO and CFO to showcase our AI capabilities and IPO readiness. I translated complex technical and financial concepts into compelling visual keynotes for the world's biggest stages—from major speaking engagements at Slush to executive cohort initiatives at Davos—while managing the brand team during internal events including SKO and our partner conferences, overseeing all digital and physical design.
TripActions
Role: Senior Design Manager
TripActions (now Navan) launched Traverse Local, a signature conference series designed to strengthen industry partnerships, generate marketing momentum, and energize our sales team. The multi-city tour spanned San Francisco, Chicago, and New York. I designed environmental graphics, digital screens, social media, emails, along with sponsor materials and speaker presentations.
XoJet
Role: Brand Strategist
XOJET, a world-class private aviation company, needed a brand refresh to match their premium service experience. Collaborating with the agency Novio on the strategy team, I assisted brand workshops and conducted interviews with high-profile clients to uncover what it truly means to fly private. Our insights led to the core narrative "Take Command," which launched in a bold campaign across the New York Times, city billboards and the company website.
Audi Labs
Role: Creative Director / ID
I was invited to join Audi's Future of Driving Lab, a two-day hybrid think-tank/workshop/hackathon that brought together designers, engineers, storytellers, and strategists at Sonoma Raceway. The event involved concept ideation, prototype development, and creative experimentation with an Audi A3 that we could modify and partially dismantle. The result was an exciting collection of concepts, short films, and radical prototypes that collectively showcased our vision for the car of tomorrow.

Collective Health
Role: Senior Brand Designer
Collective Health is dedicated to improving the notoriously expensive and complicated US healthcare system. I collaborated with C-level and cross-functional teams to evolve the brand for its next growth phase. Through rigorous design sprints, I helped define a new brand system, created web prototypes to test messaging and UX, transformed the homepage from a brand showcase to a sales conversion tool, and developed comprehensive brand guidelines. The result successfully differentiated CH from competitors, with much of the system still in use today.
